This is where yourself and the BuildtechNZ design team will work together to design and develop a dream custom home, tailored to your requirements.

Your plan is coming to life. This is where you see your dream start to materialize. Frames will be just around the corner.

This is exciting. You see your home taking shape, rooflines, window spaces and more are all starting to emerge.

Iron or tiles, your choice of roof is installed, alongside windows and the home is wrapped up looking good.

This is where your home is cladded with a material of your choice. This step allows you to see the exterior of your home in all its magnificence.

The interior walls are insulated and lined to give you a feeling of spaces and rooms within your custom home.

This is where the delicate interior finishes are installed giving your spaces style and charm. Doors are also installed.

Interior and exterior colours/combinations of your choice are applied to your home to give it its own personality and identity.

This is where all kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances are carefully installed to give your custom home the functionality you deserve.

Lastly all flooring and tiling is completed, wrapping up the construction of your new home.

Your custom home is complete! The plan you created, the dream that you followed is complete and you can now look forward to living in your brand-new home.
